ORYN Masterclass / Endodontics
Endodontic
Masterclass.
in Daily Practice
From diagnosis to the final coronal seal. Two intensive days connecting the evidence behind treatment decisions with demonstrations, practical training and case discussion.

THE PROGRAMME
Understand the evidence.
Develop your technique.
A structured journey through contemporary endodontic care: understanding pulpal disease, reaching a diagnosis, planning treatment and applying practical instrumentation, irrigation and obturation workflows.
The evidence & the decisions
Intensive theory
- Evidence-based endodontics, pulpal disease and microbiology.
- Systematic diagnosis, pulp tests, radiography and treatment planning.
- Isolation, irrigation solutions, activation techniques and accident management.
- Three-dimensional obturation, sealers and restoration of endodontically treated teeth.
- Treatment outcomes, monitoring, review and contraindications.

The demonstration & the practice
Intensive demonstrations and hands-on training
- Magnification, access design and interpretation of the pulp map.
- Hand files, rotary and reciprocating instrumentation.
- Endomotors, apex locators, canal patency and working length.
- Ultrasonic irrigation, apical gauging and pre-obturation imaging.
- Warm vertical compaction, hydraulic obturation and coronal seal.
- Complication management, emergency and trauma cases, and case discussion.

- Loupes versus microscopes in endodontics.
- Hand-file types and uses; rotary and reciprocating instrumentation.
- Prevention and management of iatrogenic complications.
- Diagnostic imaging, access cavity design and exploring the pulp map.
- Using the endomotor and apex locator.
- Securing a patent canal pathway and measuring working length.
- Manual and rotary instrumentation.
- Ultrasonic irrigation.
- Apical gauging and appropriate pre-obturation radiographs.
- Warm vertical compaction versus hydraulic obturation.
- Coronal sealing.
- Emergency and trauma cases, including discussion of IADT guidelines.
- Appraisal of treatment and case discussions.

LEARNING THROUGH PRACTICE
From principle
to application.
Day 2 brings the programme to the workbench. Demonstrations and practical exercises connect access, instrumentation, irrigation and obturation into a coherent endodontic workflow.
Case discussion creates space to question decisions, compare techniques and consider clinical challenges.
